I have been eating these bars for breakfast for nearly 6 years. I began eating them on a weight-loss program, and I kept eating them even after I lost the weight. They are excellent with coffee, and they are also good for a little something sweet after lunch or dinner. Low carb, high in fiber and delicious! I highly recommend them.
