I have been ordering the thin-sliced white and rye lo-carb bread as I find its taste a lot better than other low-carb bread on the market. I especially like toast for breakfast and like the rye bread in the morning with butter.
On my last order there was a big hole in the middle of the loaf. These things happen and I emailed Lo-Carb-U with an image of it asking them what they thought. Without my asking for a refund they gave me my money back with an apology within 15 minutes of my email. Wow!
A lot of companies don’t walk the talk but I was very pleased to see that the customer service was so attentive and responsive. I wanted to reward them not only with my continued business but to let other pepole know of my experience.
