1 net carb and 60 calories per slice. This toasts well or eat it right out of the bag.
Storage instructions: Freeze on receipt and you can either put slices in zip lock baggies to thaw in the fridge or toast from the freezer or microwave for 10 seconds at a time covered with a damp paper towel(these dry out fast if you over cook them or toast them). If you’ll finish the loaf etc in a week or two they may be okay but we cannot guarantee that and recommend storing frozen. They’ll last 6+ months frozen.
Summer Blend **** May-October we have a summer blend which we have to add more natural preservative called Enzyme to our products so that they don’t spoil in the summer heat. What the preservative does is inhibits the growth of yeast which makes the texture more dense and slightly smaller. It does not affect the flavor or the weight. Its necessary for us to do it this way otherwise we couldn’t ship the bread. If its a little dry for your tastes, we recommend putting a damp paper towel over a few slices of bread or bagel and microwaving for 1-15 seconds and then you can put in a toaster and will be perfect.

Great bread! Makes low carb eating even easier. Doesn’t toast as well as traditional bread, but for sandwiches, you will be very happy. Good texture, good flavor. I have never had a bad experience with any product from GLCBC!

This bread is a true gamechanger! I’ve tried making my own bread using various recipes with either coconut flour, almond flour, or cauliflower and cheese. Some results came out better than the others, but I was never quite able to get it to be actual bread.
THIS HAS THE DENSITY AND FEEL OF REAL BREAD. It also actually tastes like bread, but not like *good* bread. Don’t get me wrong, this is great and it doesn’t taste gross at all. But the taste is fairly neutral. I don’t mind actually.
It holds up like real bread! I’ve made grilled cheese sandwiches, regular sandwiches, and french toast.
This is by far the best low-carb “replacement” product I’ve ever tried.

I bought this bread to eat as toast for breakfast and as a vehicle for fat/butter. Toasting the bread turns it into a rock and it pretty much tastes like cardboard. BUT… I have since used this bread to make open-faced tuna melts and it is amazing for that! So, as toast, bleh, but as a vehicle for something flavorful, yes!
