I was not expecting this to look and taste like a regular pancake, BUT what a surprise it was excellent, my kids couldn’t tell the difference!!

Another amazing Dixie Diners product! Put butter on them right when you take them off the griddle or pan, then use Mrs. Butterworth’s sugar free syrup (I found it at my normal grocery store), and MMMM! They taste just like normal, high carb pancakes. They’re pretty filling, too. Just make sure you don’t overcook like I did the first time, because low carb or not, burnt pancakes are nasty!

I love these. I only mixed in water to the consistency I wanted and cooked them. I ate them with Cary’s sugar free syrup. Delicious to someone who does not get pancakes otherwise. I will be buying more.

I really didn’t like the flavor of these pancakes. Next time I will try the New Hope pancakes. In the meantime, when I need a syrup fix, I much prefer the low carb french toast Atkins recipe made with Great Low Carb plain bread.
