The nutlets are filling. Texture similar to grape nuts. But somewhat bitter to the taste. The taste improves when left to soak in milk (almond unsweetened for me). Not my favorite, but acceptable for an occasional breakfast.

The taste of these alone are not very pleasing but I put them in my yogurt and the crunchiness it adds is outstanding. I find it does not ruin the taste of what I put them in and love the benefits of protein and low carbs. I’ve been buying them for a few years.
