        This makes me feel like I am eating a real sandwich. Yes, it is a bit spongy, but the taste is very good. Dieting is a perception and a mind change about food as well as adopting new habits, so when I eat this bread and think about the texture, I remind myself to shut off my old mindset of what bread is “supposed” to taste like. Highly recommend!

        I was very happy with this bread! The macros are amazing and the slices are thick! I will have to make some french toast with these because I think it would be perfect. I got this and the Great Low Carb plain bread and was very disappointed with it compared to Chompie’s. This bread is nice and soft, but it is slightly “chewy.” I don’t mind it at all and think it is much less chewy compared to Thin Slim brand bread. This is by far my favorite low carb bread now!

        this bread is the best i can find for low carb, when its toasted you can almost forget your eating low carb. it stays in freezer well. i take a slice out every morning and place it in broiler then flip, then i add avocado and egg and its the so yummy… also make a delish toasted BLT.

        As several others have noted, the texture is very “spongy” & I found it to be overly dry. However, it’s very helpful as a part of my low carb lifestyle & weight-loss endeavor.

        Sorry. The texture is really weird & gross. I just can’t eat it. Might be good as breadcrumbs for crabcakes or other secondary uses.

        It’s been a long time since I’ve had a turkey sandwich on two slices of bread. The crust is a bit chewy, but I kind of like that. It feels substantial. Tastes very good. Very satisfied!

        BEST low carb bread I have ever eaten. I am diabetic and have been using low carb substitutes for years. This looks and toasts more like regular bread. Have only tried the Multigrain and Sesame variations – looking forward to more. Like it toasted. Was never a big sandwich eater so I haven’t tried it as a sandwich bread. HIGHLY recommend.
