Ordering/Logging In

I can't log in, it keeps giving me Error: Sorry, there is no match for that email address and/or password.

This means that you have either forgotten your password or maybe you placed your previous order without signing up for an account. to request a new password, there is a link right beneath the password field that says “forgot your password”? Click on that and enter your e-mail address and it will send you a system generated temporary password. Make sure after that you’ve requested a temporary password that you check your junk/spam folder if you haven’t received an e-mail from us within 1 minute.Enter that password EXACTLY as in the e-mail into the password field. Once you get logged in, click on the my account link on the right side of the page. From there, click on the change my account password link and then change your password to whatever you want. If you’ve placed an order originally using the checkout without an account then you’ll have to use that again as our system keeps the e-mail on file and won’t allow you to sign up for an account. If you want to sign up for an account then we can delete the previous order on file if you send us an e-mail requesting so.

Why can't place my order, help!?! Every time I put something in my cart its not showing up or its saying I have to enable cookies or it just keeps going around in circles and emptying my cart !

I'm ordering tofu shirataki noodles in a 10 or 20 pack with nothing else, when I click on free shipping during checkout, it keeps going back to the shipping options in a loop.

When ordering 10 or 20 packs of noodles and nothing else, the default shipping is free shipping so there is no need to click on the free shipping option, it automatically puts the shipping at free.

Shipping/Bread/Chocolate

Do all of your breads need to be shipped using a faster method than flat rate during spring/summer/early fall?

Great low Carb, Toufayan, and Chompies breads are fine for flat rate shipping when its hot.  This could change at some point if we start getting spoilage but judging from past experience they are pretty durable with heat.

I ordered some chocolate/nutrition bars from you but it arrived melted, what can you do (spring/summer)?

Unfortunately, during warm weather months, chocolate does melt and there is nothing that we can do about it. We recommend choosing overnight shipping if possible and if the chocolate does arrive squishy, put it in the refrigerator to let it solidify.
