Muffin 9 Oz
Instructions:
Preheat Oven to 350 F. Place paper cups in a muffin tray.
In a mixer bowl place the dry mix with 360 grams of water
D and 15 grams of Olive oil (or your choice of butter or oil). Mix
during 10 minutes at medium high speed. Add flavor of choice
and add nuts to your muffins (that will increase the protein)
Divide the batter and place in the muffin pan using an ice
cream scooper. Bake for 30 minutes, Insert a toothpick into
the center of a muffin to check for doneness.
Cool the muffins before serving.
“Note: not all ovens show the same results. If conveccion oven is used,
reduce time to abide by normal convection specifications.

INGREDIENTS: Erythritol, Oat fiber Powder, Almond Flour,
Egg White Dried, Modified Corn Starch, Coconut Flour,
Inulin, Baking Soda, Cream of Tartar, Guar Gum, Stevia, Cinnamon
Brownie 9 Oz
Instructions: Preheat Oven to 350 F Coat the sides of an 8″x 8″ pan with non stick spray, coconut or butter. Melt 20 grams of butter (coconut oil) in a bowl for 30 seconds in the microwave or use Olive Oil (20 grams).
Combine with Brownie mix and add 270 grams of water. Mix until well blended. If you are using a mixer, mix at medium-high speed for about ten minutes this will allow the batter to blend properly and aerate. Your brownies will have a delicious sponginess. Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking pan. Spread evenly
Bake for 30 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center of the brownie to check for doneness. Cool completely
in the pan before serving.

INGREDIENTS: Erythritol, Cocoa, Oat fiber Powder, Almond Flour,

All Purpose Bake 12 Oz
Instructions: Preheat Oven to 400 F. Place parchment paper on
a baking pan. Using an electric mixer with a paddle attachment,
pour dry mix, add 3 1/3 cups (aprox 800 grams) of water (room temperature) and 20 grams of Olive Oil. Mix at low speed for
about 2 minutes until well blended and the dough formed, scrape
the side of the bowl and mix again for 5 more minutes.
Let it rest for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Place in a baking pan for bread or form small balls to make buns
(the size should be about 28 grams to 45 grams)
Lower oven to 350F and bake for about 45 minutes. Cool
completely in the pan before serving.
