   This was not the best Bagel. Unlike Carb Cruncher’s, this Bagel is very tastless and extremely tough.

   Positively awful. No taste, spongy texture. Never again. (Note, I do like Carb Crunchers, so I’m not anti-locarb bagel, just this and the SlimFoods brand)

   I ordered these mistaken these for Carb Krunchers (found out now out of business) They arrived quickly and still so fresh and soft. I made the bagel into a sandwich and nearly gagged. The softness is so sponge like you can bearly chew it. So next I tried to toast it. This is somewhat better. Next I tried to toast it under the broiler to near burnt somewhat better. Then I thought enough. I wrote this review because I have ordered from Lo Carb U several times and feel they are a good company but these bagel are just not good and I think they should know my opinon.

   I love them! The texture was chewey and very pleasant.
   I give them 4 stars (though the star function is not working).
