2 net carbs and 120 calories per bagel. This toasts well or eat it right out of the bag.
Storage instructions: Freeze on receipt and you can either put a bagel in zip lock baggy to thaw in the fridge or toast from the freezer or microwave for 10 seconds at a time covered with a damp paper towel(these dry out fast if you over cook them or toast them). If you’ll finish the bagels etc in a week or two they may be okay but we cannot guarantee that and recommend storing frozen. They’ll last 6+ months frozen.
Summer Blend **** May-October we have a summer blend which we have to add more natural preservative called Enzyme to our products so that they don’t spoil in the summer heat. What the preservative does is inhibits the growth of yeast which makes the texture more dense and slightly smaller. It does not affect the flavor or the weight. Its necessary for us to do it this way otherwise we couldn’t ship the bread. If its a little dry for your tastes, we recommend putting a damp paper towel over a few slices of bread or bagel and microwaving for 1-15 seconds and then you can put in a toaster and will be perfect.

These bagels are my all-time favorite! I use them for everything from bagel & cream cheese to bomb BLT’s! I’ve even created bagel pizza’s with them. Don’t pass these up!

Ok let’s be honest – it is not a bagel and it doesn’t taste like bagel. It is very light and not chewy, the texture is more like an overnight toast that you left out in the kitchen counter. Having said that – it is ultra low carb and high fibre and it doesn’t contain much rubbish chemicals, so far this is the best substitute I can find.

I agree with all of these reviews!!! They are very tasty! A good size big enough to make a sandwich! I am on keto diet and have so much insulin resistance and these are perfect for me!! Swiss cheese, eggs, and bacon, holy moly! haha

Only thing even remotely close to being like a bagel is the shape. The read is extremely dry and a very odd texture. It isn’t chewy like a bagel and not even close to taste. Will not buy again 🙁

What a disappointment. They taste like a toasted sponge even soaked in butter. “Everything?” All I saw was a few shavings of some unknown substance stuck on the outside. I had one and threw the rest away.

It bears a resemblance to a bagel only in it’s shape. As a medium for cream cheese or a sandwich it’s somewhat inferior to nothing.
