Summer Blend **** May-October we have a summer blend which we have to add more natural preservative called Enzyme to our products so that they don’t spoil in the summer heat. What the preservative does is inhibits the growth of yeast which makes the textire more dense and slightly smaller. It does not affect the flavor or the weight. Its nescessary for us to do it this way otherwise we couldn’t ship the bread. If its a little dry for your tastes, we recommend putting a damp paper towel over a few slices of bread or bagel and microwaving for 1-15 seconds and then you can put in a toaster and will be perfect.

So far I have tried the Great Low Carb cinnamon bread and bagels, the rye bread, and the hamburger buns! All of them are truly awesome! Especially the rye bread and the cinnamon bread. I never realized how good peanut butter on cinnamon bread is! And the rye bread has a chewy crust sort of like NY ryes! They are a little pricey, but worth it. And the carb savings are amazing!!

too good to be true? delicious!! kinda hard to believe this is 2 carbs, its fluffy and delicious! If i start gaining i’ll know they lied hahha! placing an order for more right now 🙂

Was not impressed. Didn’t taste like cinnamon, texture was ok (a little sponge-like), and way too much Stevia. I felt like I was eating a packet of Stevia with each bite.

I just tried the cinnamon bagels. What a win!!! Spread some cream cheese and homemade strawberry jelly and you have a great tasting breakfast. Can’t wait to try other products from this company.

As several others have noted, the texture is “spongy” & I found these to be overly dry. However, it’s very helpful as a part of my low carb lifestyle & weight-loss endeavor.
Works well as a platform for nut butters, but I would never waste good butter on these.
