They make twelve very nice and large muffins. My teen son requested them to be baked again soon. The sour cream adds a nice flavor and texture.We’ll be buying this often.

Update- I think these are even better when baked in an 8″ x 8″ baking pan. Fantastic cornbread. We add a couple of packets of Splenda to make a sweeter (Northern-style)cornbread. Yum!
