Update- My wife and I now make the Dixie Diners muffin mix in an 8″ x 8″ baking pan, bake for 20 minutes, and the results are even better- more moist and tender!

I am very pleased with these muffins. Although I am not a chocoholic, I do get a craving for chocolate cake every once in a while, and these muffins satisfy my cravings. Easy to make and yummy to eat!
