This is truly a fabulous cheesecake. With only 2 8 oz packs of cream cheese (Philly has the least amt of carbs) you turn out a good size 8 to 9″ cheesecake, that is creamy and delicious. The mix actually increases the volume of the cheesecake, yet it’s still creamy. I do add extra sweetner–I prefer Xilitol (Stevita is the same) so I don’t add any carbs. When I added 1 cup pumkin filling, I produced a truly delicious low carb pumpkin cheesecake for Thanksgiving. Simply amazing. I usually order 2 or more boxes. Very low carb and yummy. I am a very good baker, yet I have not been able to produce such a good cheese with so little carbs.

If you follow the directions this mix is bland and tasteless. It was nothing like real cheesecake, nor was it enjoyable. I found “Father’s Table” sugar free cheesecake that is lower in carbs and is absolutely amazing. Even my family members that don’t watch their sugar will pick this as a dessert. Plus, it’s already made and in the freezer section of our local Kroger’s store for half the cost of this, $6.99. Don’t waste your money on this mix. Nasty.
