Storage instructions: Freeze on receipt and you can either put slices in zip lock baggies to thaw in the fridge or toast from the freezer or microwave for 10 seconds at a time covered with a damp paper towel(these dry out fast if you over cook them or toast them). If you’ll finish the loaf etc in a week or two they may be okay but we cannot guarantee that and recommend storing frozen. They’ll last 6+ months frozen.

I love anything thin sliced and this one was the first bread that I chose. It is soft and very thin but toasts up nicely. Texture is good with some butter. Haven’t tried it as a sandwich but I would recommend toasting both pieces so it doesn’t fall apart. The “everything” toppings are mostly on the bottom and not a flavor inside the bread. I use Mrs. Dash’s gariic and herb seasoning on it to give it some extra flavor or sometimes a sprinkle of cinnamon or Nutri Light (hazelnut/chocolate spread). I mean this is heaven to be able to eat a sandwich without a ton of carbs. I think it’s only 1 carb for two slices. The best when you are on keto!
