    I recently ordered the TOFU Shirataki noodles, they are wonderful. They are replacing pasta white rice and potato for me, I have shared my fined with a few of my friends and I do hope they order their own.
    I wish that our local Shaw’s and Daves markets would stock these products. In fact I am going to speak to the managers of both of the stores that I shop in to try them out.

    I was always one against tofu, until I tried this product. The texture is strange at first for those who are sheltered like myself, but by the end of the meal, you WILL love it! I tried one bag, and as soon as I finished it, I ordered a case! I love them!

    I tried this product from my local Trader Joe’s who has since stopped carrying these “lucky Charms”!
    Now I will order by the multi packs from this site.
    These rock! Make sure to rinse them before adding to your favorite pasta sauce/asian cusine, etc. I find it useful to cut the long strands in half instead of “slurping”! If you love tofu you will LOVE this product. Like the others have said – Once you try them you will be a convert! 🙂

    My favorite way to prepare these noodles is like this:

    In a large skillet sautee some chopped garlic (I use the jarred kind) and some onion until soft. Add one or two cans of diced Italian Style tomatoes and about half a can of chicken broth. Add any veggies you desire such as red pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, chopped asparagus, snap peas…whatever then add 2-3 cups of bagged spinach (it will wilt a lot so you really won’t end up with that much of it), and then add your spices. They key here is LOTS or red pepper flakes or ground red pepper for the kick, then add some Italian seasoning. You won’t need salt because of the sodium in the canned items and the red pepper takes care of the pepper. When you are about ready to eat dump in your rinsed noodles (it helps to cut them first since they are so long), and then let them get heated a couple of minutes in the skillet. Top with Parmesan cheese once you have plated the dish. Yum ;P
    It literally takes ten minutes to make this dish since you don’t have too cook pasta. Enjoy!

    I Love this product! For all of you pasta lovers this is
    a healthy and delightful way to enjoy pasta. I ordered 2 cases the other day and am waiting for them to arrive.
    There is only 20 calories per serving which makes it a
    total of 40 per bag. (8 oz bags). WOW my weight watcher
    friends will love this! You can have this as a side dish or a main one.

    I am so ecstatic about my new discovery of these noodles! I was skeptical at first because #1 they came floating in some fishy-like smelling water, but OMG, once they were on my plate smothered in sauce and parmesean cheese, it is by far the best noodle sub everrr!!

    I didn’t care for this product. It didn’t taste anything like pasta. Very different texture as well. If you like tofu, you might like it, but I don’t. I think a reduced carb pasta with real wheat or perhaps a soy based product would be much tastier even if it does have slightly more carbs.

    Love these noodles! And here’s tip for a little better texture: rinse under very hot water for a few minutes, then parboil per package instructions. Then bake them. It pulls out much of the excess moisture and makes them less rubbery and more “al dente”. They still won’t have the texture of wheat pasta, but this will get them closer. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes, then turn and bake another 15 minutes. Be sure to separate the noodles as much as possible on your cookie sheet.
