These noodles are incredible! I just received mine today and couldn't wait to try them. In my opinion, they really didn't smell all that fishy. They absorb the taste of whatever you add to them. The texture is pretty close to that of a carb-loaded noodle. I loved them so much that I hopped back online and ordered a 24 pack of the fettucine noodles!
